Who is responsible

Madhup Bajpai, Bengaluru, India, is responsible for personal data processed through this website. You can reach me through the contact form or LinkedIn.

What this website does not do

• No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• No accounts, logins or databases.
• The only thing saved on your device is your light or dark theme choice, in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Scoping tools

The PCI DSS and SWIFT CSCF scoping tools run entirely in your browser. Your answers are held in memory while the page is open and are discarded when you close or reload it. They are not stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to include them in a contact message.

Contact form

If you use "Discuss with me", the details you enter (name, email, and optionally phone, organisation, message and scoping answers) are sent once, over an encrypted connection, to a private email inbox so I can reply. They are not stored on this website or in any database. I use them only to respond to your enquiry and keep the resulting correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose.

The site and form are served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal data you have sent me, under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR where they apply.
